We’re delighted to announce that we’ve released Facebook integration for the BrightLocal Location Dashboard.
After launching the Location Dashboard in June, we followed it up with Twitter integration and White Label dashboards. This latest update takes our Social Media integration to the next level & allows you to view all your critical social data in one place.
Monitor Facebook with BrightLocal
By integrating Facebook you are able to view critical Facebook page insights.
This means you can monitor the reach of your Facebook posts, measure your engagement with users, and track the amount of likes & clicks you are accumulating.
Track critical Facebook Page insights:
- Post reach
- Engaged users
- Page views
For effective reporting, you can also view data from the last 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
There is NO additional charge for connecting Facebook or Twitter, and it’s available for users on all Plans.
How to monitor Facebook with your BrightLocal dashboard
You can set-up Facebook integration from within a Location Dashboard.
Simply click on the Clients & Locations tab, select the Location you want and go through to the Location Dashboard.
You’ll now see the ‘Social’ icon in the lefthand navigation strip. This gives you access to both Facebook & Twitter.
From here, just click ‘Connect to Facebook‘ & you’ll be asked to confirm your Facebook account (see below).
Once you’ve done this, you’ll then need to confirm permission for BrightLocal to access your Facebook data. Click “Ok” & you’ll just need to select which Facebook page you want to integrate into your Location Dashboard.
Just choose the correct account then click “Select” (see below).
That’s the final step!
Facebook has now been integrated into your location dashboard & you can start effectively monitoring your Social Media output.
