Clear Launch began working on our software development project at a challenging time in the project life cycle. There had been prior communication issues with another team, and there was a fair amount of frustration and urgency from end users about the product Clear Launch was developing. From the very beginning, our knowledgable and patient Project Manager Bak Zoumanigui listened, reprioritized both development and implementation, and has helped push the project forward. When work needs to be done well and to very specific design needs, we cannot more strongly recommend the Clear Launch team!

Since the fall of 2018, we have worked with ClearLaunch in two capacities: consultation and technical development. Through consultation with their team, we were able to transform our project into a highly successful Ed-Fi implementation. This aspect of their work style has allowed us to meet our technical development goals, stay within our budget, and even save money, which has allowed us to expand the scope of features that we can offer in our visualization solution for our clients. As with all partnerships, open communication is needed on both sides of the equation, and ClearLaunch’s client-relationship staff does a good job of reaching out to make sure that things are going well. Technical projects, especially those in the education realm, can easily be derailed due to imprecise communication about specific requirements and user needs. We have been able to succeed in our latest development project—building a secure and customizable dashboard for school district staff to view and drill down into their data—due to these open lines of communication and the ability to make quick adjustments and pivots.

Clear Launch has created a customized application for University Health System (UHS) in San Antonio. Clear Launch was presented the requirements for a work order request system, that is accessible to all members of UHS enterprise. They provided a timeline of the tasks that they worked on and communicated all changes to the system, effectively. Clear Launch worked effectively in understanding all of our requirements, and we maintained a technical support agreement for our application, in case we needed to make any changes to the application that they developed. They are easy to talk to, presented multiple solutions and stuck to their timeline for the application. I give clear Clear Launch 5 stars.
