I have been using the Epic Design team for over 6 years now and they made me a great website that has stood the test of time. Customer constantly comment on how they love the site. They have provided excellent support and hosting. We are launching a new project which is what made me think about writing this review. Aside from website building I have gotten some of the best small business app/tools tips from Kal, some of them have literally changed my life. He is a most excellent person to boot.

I've been ghosted by Kal multiple times. Even after he "moved to Panama" and focused on work. Gave up and shifted to another developer.

BEWARE of Kal, Iris + team. charged 3 months for zero work while owner was on maternity leave. Sent us a refund contract in exchange for not writing a review, then never responded.

If you need a BigCommerce or Shopify website - call these guys. I have both for two different stores and they solved my needs and then some!

Great web design company! Not only did they make my site look great and improve my customer experience... they also built up the back-end of my BigCommerce store in a way that blew my mind! I struggled for 1 1/2 years with in-house technology builders. I spent the last half of that adding to my team with contractors. I should have had Kal and his team work on my site years ago! I would recommend Epic Design Labs to anyone with website and marketing needs!
