We consulted with KDG for a small project and as someone who meets with new vendors every week, I have to say I was blown away with the level of attention I got right from the get go. Even though we were scoping out a small project, the team took time with us to fully understand our needs. We’ve received continued support from Mike and I can honestly say their approach to customer service is what has made me a lifelong promoter! Thank you all for being so kind. I recommend working with KDG 100%. Don’t even spend time interviewing other vendors. Trust me I have, and they are the best out there.

Our business uses KDG for all of our IT needs. It is so nice to be able to make a phone call and to know that any issues or questions will be resolved. KDG also helps us purchase and set up computers based on out needs. We frequently recommend KDG as they have been helpful and easy to work with!

We previously used another CRM and switched to ZoHo because of peer reviews and feedback. Although that switch was easy, the customization options ZoHo is offering was just to involved and complicated for people not as familiar with the platform as we were. I visited Zoholics in Austin last year and was put in touch with KDG to address the items we wanted to resolve. We were assigned Claudia and Chad from KDG and working with them was great, professional, and promised as delivered. Although we ended up over budget, the path to that point was transparent and met with our objectives. We will continue to fall back for support where needed but for now, the modules in the CRM are performing the way we wanted - thanks Claudia and Chad, your support is appreciated.

Please allow us sometime to collate the relevant information and we will update the review accordingly. Over the last 3 weeks our managing director has requested a call on several occasions so if you are available to discuss please do let us know.
