LOJO Marketing

I did not use LOJO Marketing directly, but my grandfather did. If you knew my grandfather, you would know he had a lot of high expectations from the companies he worked with, and given he used LOJO for years, tells me they were great. However, I'm writing this from my direct experience. When my grandfather passed away, we were trying to figure out all of the accounts that he had so we could start closing them down. I found a business card and invoice from LOJO and gave them a call. Maria is INCREDIBLE. Not only did she show so much compassion (which I really needed), but was super responsive to my questions and needs and worked with me over several months to help organize and clear out my grandfather's accounts. In a period of mourning, this type of compassion and customer service was desperately needed. Again, while I can't speak fluently to their product, I can definitely celebrate and share their amazing customer service!
