The people that work there are very disrespectful and barely want to help you! I find them incompetent and hardly deserve a job. There are plenty of people who need jobs who would be grateful for their position and do a much better job!

Most of them are working for Their Government benefits & not actually employees.They be the rudest ones.I don't trust giving my personal information ...But I tell u what I will have my lawyers on it immediately if any of those workers are using my personal information for fraud.YOU WILL PAY AND BE IN JAIL MY LAWYER NOTHING TOO PLAY WITH EVERYONE WILL GO DOWN .THE SUPERVISOR NEEDS DO BETTER AND GET AHOLD OF HER UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.I GO ABOVE HEADS AND TAKE LEAGAL ACTION BCDSS WILL HAVE A LAWSUIT ON THEIR HANDS ‼️STOP STEALING

This place doesn’t care about the people most of the time I talk to people who sound like they hate their job they don’t sound nice on the phone at all and don’t get the job done when it needs to be I gave birth and for months did not receive my food stamps my son was born premature and desperately needed breast milk yet I hardly had food so I was borderline starving while trying to produce I had to call and call and call to get my back pay for several months Thank God for WIC because otherwise my baby wouldn’t have food. Right now I’m going through it again with them. It so happens that they did give me my full food stamp amount on November thanksgiving month of all months I’ve been calling them for weeks and nothing has been done I have never had their problem until I came to Baltimore there are miserable people here and I can’t wait to move

When calling the number to the office, it redirects you to a call center to representatives who can't help with any damn thing. I've been trying to get in contact with the office for over a month now with no luck. They deny your application without reaching out to you to tell you why or to get more information. It should not be this hard to speak to someone. When you do speak to someone in the call center they tell you to go into your local office.
