**RESPONSE TO BUSINESS** THEY DIDN'T KEEP THEIR WORD After leaving my review, I received a text from KARL LAWRENCE stating he "has not been able to work to help you", and that he will "help when he can" with regard to a refund. Additionally, KARL LAWRENCE said "But please remove the review 1 star it only hinders me getting business when I am able to work and that hinders me helping you"; adding, "I wish you had called or text me first" as if I hadn't been reaching out to he and MICHAEL CALLAHAN repeatedly. While it's correct that this company is not obligated to refund me, I was still told that I would be refunded. I never demanded a refund, I asked and said if they couldn't, I understood. KARL LAWRENCE said a refund would be issued. 1) I asked if a refund was possible; 2) MICHAEL CALLAHAN responded asking for my CashApp; 3) KARL LAWRENCE called in February saying I would be refunded; 4) I emailed and texted for updates a month later; 5) After sending several follow up emails and texts with no response I left a review; 6) KARL LAWRENCE texts about removing my review; The bottom line is this, all a person has is their word. KARL LAWRENCE gave me his. If he didn't intend on keeping it, he shouldn't have given it. It's both business and personally unethical in my opinion. **RESPONSE FROM BUSINESS** The project was delayed continually by the client and not our company; with large gaps of weeks and months before we would receive the next response/update to our requests for content materials. The client then ceased to be in business. Although it is unfortunate when anyone has a medical or health situation, we do not provide refunds once a payment has been made, and per our company policy there are no exceptions and we do not approve refunds years later because of a claim of illness. That is not to say the person is not ill, but our company is not responsible for providing refunds no matter the situation. **MY ORIGINAL REVIEW** DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE...I URGE EVERYONE TO DO YOUR DUE DILLIGENCE AND RESEARCH BEFORE WORKIKNG WITH THIS COMPANY...I WISH I DID... I can honestly say that in all my years of life I have never been disregarded, disrespected, deceived, and blatantly dismissed as I have with this company. In 2021 initial contact was made with MICHAEL CALLAHAN regarding a website. He and KARL LAWRENCE were primary contacts. Lack of results, unanswered/ignored emails and texts, poor communication, and in my opinion, their unwillingness to produce ultimately led to just giving up on them. No website was designed, no refund was given, my company has since gone out of business. Over a year later, in December 2022, I reached out to Michael Callahan and Karl Lawrence informing them of my cancer diagnosis and asked if it would be possible, since they never did a website and my business is now closed, to receive a refund to assist with my medical needs. Michael Callahan immediately responded asking for my CashApp information. I assumed that was because he agreed to issue a refund. I gave him my information the same day, then their communication stopped. After months of attempted follow up via text and email, KARL LAWRENCE finally called in February 2023. On that call, in addition to telling me of his father's battle with cancer, he assured me that I would be refunded in full in a month once their business picked up. In late March 2023 I began reaching out via email and text to follow up on the conversation with KARL LAWRENCE and the refund he assured me I would receive. Needless to say there has been no response. I genuinely feel like he made a mockery of my illness and financial situation. Not only do I find this extremely cruel and offensive to do to someone in my position, it's just wrong and inhumane. It is now late April 2023 and I have sent repeated text messages to MICHAEL CALLAHAN and KARL LAWRENCE, I've emailed the repeatedly, I've also emailed the company support email several times. Needless to say, all attempts to reach the company have been meet with no response. It's disgraceful!

Where to start! With 54 years of operation, this is our companies 4th website rebuild and my personal first for the family business. From the beginning with almost zero understanding of websites, SEO America provided me with information that many other companies had not. The truth is, they absolutely took care of us and produced exactly our vision for the website. With minimal information provided to them, the final product is beyond what we envisioned. The customer service is second to none. Between Karl and Mike, there was no question left unanswered and no revision left unfixed. Highly recommended by us!!

I highly don’t recommend to use this company for any services. I have had an absolute terrible experience and they really have the worst experience in this field. I have a contract with this company that they failed to do their job after they already got paid . Won’t return my calls I DON’T suggest them at all they will steal your money and your time
