Opening Keynote: Building a Brand That Locals Love, and How That Just Might Help You Battle Against the Big Behemoths

Wil Reynolds will walk people through his journey of shifting from organic search to winning with humans, because humans will always love real people they can see, touch, and feel. Unfortunately, in search for too long, domain authorities caused people to win, which just reinforced big brands. This talk will explore how smaller brands will have more of an opportunity to win if we can get people to change the way they search and also change their custom instructions.
