We are CO OP - a brand company specializing in desintation brands. Destination brands include real estate, hospitality, tour and travel, across all asset classes and project types. What we found was that this space was extremely saturated with derivative branding with little or no brand strategy or story. We saw that as an opportunity to unlock what will demonstrate real value and position these destinations for success. Our process takes a simple but radical approach. We approach destinations through a human lens: how people see a place; what it means to them, how it makes them feel and how people create destinations for themselves. Our proprietary strategic methodology gives brands purpose. That is, digging deep to understand context, seeing audience insights others cannot and creating signatures giving brands reason to exist.
