I would highly recommend not going with Dealer Spike. As others have also reported Dealer Spike is in the business of selling contracts, not in providing the services they sell you. They do not respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. Our website was 3 months late going live, when it went live it had none of the products we purchased live with the site. 2 months after the go live date and none of the paid for additions are up and running. It took over 2 months to get a texting widget added to our website. All requests for updates have gone completely ignored completely. Even when I sent an email to their team stating we no longer wanted to to business...Radio Silence DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEALER SPIKE!!! Edit 1: The response given states that a representative will be contacting me right away - no contact has been received, as per usual...all lip service, no actual action is being taken to rectify the issue.

Sam Alter, my account manager at Dealer Spike is an absolute legend. His communication is thorough, timely and understanding. He works hard to keep his clients happy with Dealerspike which is a commendable task. He is absolutely the reason for our continued business and I hope that DS truly recognizes his efforts and ability!

I work for Rosenberg Tractor and since we started using dealer spike, our website has been getting great compliments on how easy it is to navigate through our website to find out our customers are looking for. Also the help and service from them is A1. Being able to maintain and keeping it updated with our inventory is a breeze.

Dealer Spike is absolutely terrible. They do not provide any dealer support and will not assist in any way. Moreover, when the contract expired, Dealer Spike automatically renewed it without our consent. Now, after we cancelled the contract, they are demanding $13,000.00 from us. This company is terrible and does not do anything to help." One Star is a complement.

GREAT SERVICE, ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM. FEW HICCUPS WITH THEIR APP USE BUT OVERALL GREAT SERVICE AND GOOD PRODUCT SO FAR. BRITNEY DANIELS HAS SO FAR BEEN EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. HAS HELPED ME WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS AND IS PROMPT AT RETURNING MY CALLS AND MESSAGES.
