Design Thumbprint has wrecked our whole system, that the new company we hired can't even make sense of it. They may seems organized but they never deliver!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Working with Design Thumbprint, and specifically Kal and Nick, was the worst vendor experience I've ever had in my career. After more than one year of them developing our website and trying to get it to work, the website they built still does not function properly. We still encounter issues on a daily basis. It was a tough task to find another web design company that would step into their mess and fix it for us, but we were able to find a great, competent company and it's been a total 180 from working with Design Thumbprint. Here's just one quote from the new web design company about Design Thumbprint's work: "During the search for the issue, it was discovered that the developers who worked before us grossly disturbed the concepts of development. Honestly, this is simply unacceptable. Even trainees do not do this ... " Our employees experienced hours of frustration, our customers experienced hours of frustration, and now we're spending a lot of money and even more time fixing Design Thumbprint's shoddy work.

They have developed a wonderful website for me that I thought would be impossible to execute ! They are attentive and knowledagle , I would send anyone I know to them ! Nick and Kal are outstanding individuals and took wonderful care of this project !

Design Thumbprint and the team do such an amazing job of marketing for their clients. I especially appreciate their philosophy that they don't like to make money unless their clients are making money or benefiting as a direct result of their work together. Thank you!!
