Mike and Eliix Marketing have been phenomenal to work with. We started using one of their services about a month ago, and from the set up process to launching and even post launching they are top notch. Any question I have is answered in a very timely fashion, usually with a video showing me exactly how to accomplish what I am asking. Over the weekend I even received a call with just advice on some items to change (as they noticed how busy our service had been). I had one item I wanted changed and they had taken it upon themselves to change everything during that same call on the weekend. This was awesome as I was unable to make these changes due to my schedule until at least Monday. This team knows what they are doing not only from the technology side, but also from the customer service side. Highly recommend!
