When you contact JTKWeb, you never talk to a salesperson or a help desk. You work with one person, owner and website consultant Janeson (prounced JAN-i-son) Keeley, who acts as your company's go-to person for all things web-related. JTKWeb values long-term relationships. Many of our clients have been with us five years or more, and several have been with us since we opened in 2001. A long-time resident of Roanoke, Janeson knows what works and what doesn't for businesses operating in the Roanoke Valley and southwest Virginia. JTKWeb is not a niche market company. From accountants and lawyers to quarries, cemeteries, manufacturers, moving companies, sports groups, authors, and home-based edimmer ends businesses, we enjoy working with companies in all markets who operate in a legal and ethical manner. While some agencies offer package deals at a fixed price or require monthly fees, JTKWeb works with you to develop a plan suited specifically to your business needs and budget. When we give you an estimate for your projeet, it is based on the time it has taken us to complete similar projects in the past times our hourly rate. We ask for a 50% deposit payable by check or credit card via PaPal. When the project is complete and the final balance due, if the number of hours required to complete the project was less than the estimated total, you will be billed the lesser amount. We are selective about the clients we accept. If it doesn't appear that we'll be a good fit, we are happy to refer you to companies that might better meet your needs. JTKWeb has clients for whom we provide on-going services, and curent clients with emergencies are given priority over new projects. Therefor we are limited in the number of active projects we can handle at a time and project completion dates are subject to these factors and can't be guaranteed.
