We recently purchase their plugin - WooCommerce Variation Update in Cart 4 weeks ago now. The licence number issued with the plugin does not work and we have messaged them several times about this problem with no response at all to-date. Disappointed with the very poor service from this company.

GIFT CARDS is weird counterintuitive and frustrating to install but he customer service are very patient and ready to answer questions for 6 hours! It works great now !

They DO NOT offer refunds if their plugns don't work, they ask for more money. I purchased the plugin "Ultimate WooCommerce Gift Cards". The plugin doesn't work with my purchased WooCommerce theme, it's buggy and causes products to not always go to the cart. I wrote tech support two weeks ago December 17. They never wrote back so I talked to chat 2 weeks later and they said they won't give me a refund but I can PAY them to make THEIR plugin work. A plugin should be built to work on most themes and if it doesn't a refund should be issued. These guys do not follow that. It's totally unethical. I got another plugin that works fine with my theme because I needed it to work right away and I can't wait months for developer to fix it. It's rare I leave a bad review but I wish I read these before I made the purchase so I'm trying to help others. Please do not buy this plugin or anything from Makewebbetter.

This is the worst company ever! We bought a plugin from them and we needed extra features. They said pay us an extra charge and we will develop it for you. This is when the stuff started going sideways. The could not do it for almost a month and when they finally developed it, the product was just not working propperly. We chose a better option for our needs and it took 2 days to do it. Now I am trying to get a refund from them and the will not do it. NEVER use this company, they are crooks!

MakeWebBetter did an excellent job in solving our HubSpot request. We wanted a custom quote template for a certain line of business. After talking through some options, they came up with a workflow app that actually automatically adds line items to a Deal based on our triggers. This solved our problem in a way we hadn't considered. Pankaj was an excellent project manager, very responsive and easy to meet with. After development, the team walked us through how to use the functionality and answered all questions. I'd recommend MakeWebBetter for HubSpot developments.
