I am a pretty new digital marketer, and I gave Portland SEO Pros a call about a year ago to ask for advice. Instead of hanging up the phone with the typical "we don't help competitors" spiel, Brian provided me with one golden nugget that has helped with my rankings tremendously. This place doesn't exist where is shows it is. They never answer their phone. I asked the information clerk at the mall, he said he has never seen this place at the mall. If you are at the top of the mall, then you are probably part of "we work" and this is a clear violation of Google policy. And no, i am not a competitor. I would call, but again, you guys dont answer the phone.
