These folks are absolute scammers: their mutual funds drop in value out of the blue by 20-30% and never come back, and they also reduced payouts to near 0. Typical Wall St scam.

If I could give a negative star I would!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! Disgusting It's been 6 months of me trying to change an account. NO ONE knows what they're doing. Transferred around the world and back only to get false information and having to start the process all over again.... 6 months of false information. Every associate communication different information, RIDICULOUS! I'm embraced for them. I will be transferring all my accounts out of TROWE Not worth it at all.

Absolutely the WORST!! They will have no problem taking your money good luck when you need it and try to get a check!!! On hold for hours, customer service peole who cant help and then put you back on hold or "disconnect you". Transfer your assets to Schwab and save yourself a lot of time and aggravation!!!! If I can ever get my money out of T. Rowe Price, it will be transferred anywhere but there!!! I would give this review a negative star if they had one :(

Absolutely horrible customer service from two different offices. Requested that an end of the year statement be mailed to my wife since it had not been received. The first answer I received was that they could not discuss the account with me. Asking for a supervisor I was told that I would get a return call within 24-48 hours. Not acceptable! Second office also refused even though I supplied plan number, her social security number and plan type. I am not asking for personal information (that I already have) but just them to do their job and mail out an end of the year statement to her, which is required by law. Very shortly I will be cashing out all of my accounts of which there are many.
