Spartan Branding has been a great addition to the Thompson Traders team. They’re highly strategic, organized, clear and professional in their communication, and very thoughtful from a holistic business perspective. They don’t just do what is requested blindly, they think about how it will impact other work streams or other parts of the business and come with proposals to modify and improve the whole. It has been a pleasure partnering with an agency that takes so much pride in their work and approaches it as if they too were a business owner.

I had read the book and did the online course on the storybrand framework and had used it in our marketing material but parts of it weren't clicking. Something was not right and I couldn't figure it out. We had improved certainly but our website and marketing material was not as clear as it should have been. This was confusing customers and losing us money. I was feeling frustrated because I was stuck. After spending some time with David everything clicked into place. It felt as if he knew how to communicate my business better than I did after just spending a few minutes together. He guided me in developing my brand script and in that process I had many "aha" learning moments that will never leave me. With the knowledge I got from my time with David I can now brand script all my marketing material, projects and divisions confidently and with ease. It took me minutes to create all the talking points of a new project just yesterday. I've already seen the reaction of my staff. My confidence is sky high. No more wasted time. I now know what to do. It's fun putting my marketing material together and the best part is I can help my staff and serve my customers better as they have a better understanding of what we do.
