Intentionally cripples the companies they buy to force you to get into TapClicks. Add GA4 to Raventools

Agencies, beware. We tried to cancel weeks before our next billing cycle. You cannot cancel your subscription on the website. After sending in a support ticket to cancel a TapClicks representative reach out to me and wanted to discuss the reasons why we were canceling our subscription. I was told that my subscription has been cancelled but we were charged $499 several weeks later. Don't bother calling TapClicks because rarely will anybody will pick up in any of their extensions. Don't bother emailing, again they rarely return emails...
