Thirteen05 Creative continues delivers great products and excellent customer service. We have been customers since 2006! They are constantly keeping up with the latest methods of improving our SEO and because of that our sites continue to improve in the rankings! I highly recommend them!

I am the owner of a pool service company. I was paying this company 750 per month to manage a pay per click campaign. They also did some SEO in exchange for the 750. The person in charge of my account decided that the term “pool service” was a little too expensive. Google was charging too much for it. So instead of showing an ad to people searching for “pool service,” why not pay 20% less per click and show the ad to people searching for the names of some of my competitors? Instead of getting phone calls from people who wanted pool service, I was getting calls from people who had questions for their existing pool service companies. Once they’d realized they’d called the wrong number they’d get embarrassed and quickly hang up the phone. I mentioned these concerns in an email to the owner of the company. He neither offered a refund nor took any corrective action. He simply forwarded the email to the person in charge of my account. The same person who’d made all those mistakes in the first place. In hindsight, I wish I’d learned to manage a Google Ads campaign myself. I would have included the term “pool service” while excluding the names of as many competitors as possible.

The folks over at Thirteen 05 Creative are fantastic. They built our website from scratch which we were very happy with. We recently had some issues with our WordPress theme so we gave them.a call. They had our site up and running within hours. We highly recommend them!!
