Andy at Uplink was so kind and helpful! He went out of his way to provide so much information and took the time to understand my issue. I really appreciate all the work he did for me. I couldn't recommend him and Uplink enough. This is clearly a company that cares about people and takes pride in their work and in their community.

This past year I hired Uplink Spyder to do my Web design, Logo Design, Facebook, and Instagram set up and made the final payment back at the end of August. I wanted to make sure when I wrote the review of Uplink Spyder that it was a true representation of my experience. I was informed towards the end of August by Uplink Spyder that my Facebook was ready. I started to load my account information but was stopped partway into the setup by Facebook and my account could not be set up at that time. I told myself I could get to this a bit later and focused on getting other parts of my business ready. On August 24, 2021, my Facebook account got suspended. A few weeks later I came back to my Facebook account and tried to get the ad account set up, but my account was still frozen. I reached out to a third-party ad agency to help with my ads; they got into my Facebook account and said the problem you have is another company has their ad id loaded into your account. You will have to ask Uplink Spyder to release your account. I sent an email to the CEO of Uplink Spyder and they released the company's account. I am thankful for Uplink Spyder releasing my Facebook account, but in Facebook's eyes, my account is now Suspended for life with no recourse or way to talk to Facebook about this issue. I was able to get one review done, but I did not understand the problem at the time. The review failed and I am locked out. In looking through the Facebook rules and regulations I did find this: If you are managing ads on behalf of other advertisers, each advertiser or client must be managed through separate ad accounts. You must not change the advertiser or client associated with an established ad account; set up a new account. You are responsible for ensuring that each advertiser complies with these Advertising Policies." I think that means when Uplink Spyder set up my Facebook account, they should NEVER have loaded their ad account. I now have a Facebook and Instagram account that can never be used because of the id loaded into my Facebook account by Uplink Spyder. In addition, I also have a collection of products built by Uplink Spyder on my website that were never completed, thus my Google ad accounts are now suspended. Now instead of running my business, I am working with Google trying to learn how to build product pages. For example, the variants set up by Uplink Spyder were incomplete and a lot of the basic information was missing. The understanding I had is when you pay a company for a service the company should supply the service promised. The more I get into the problems with the website created by Uplink Spyder, the more I understand the opposite was provided to me.

Deanna is amazing! Her team fixed a major problem for me in less than 2 hrs. She took my stress and worry away. They are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I am very satisfied with the job they did, and would recommend them to anyone.

I love that this company is woman-led but their level integrity is what brings me back every time.
