Social Buddy

Been a long term customer. Emailed 4 times over a week and NO response. Gone awol. Still charging me. Hoping someone contacts me soon...

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This got my business account deactivated permanently and my entire business was centered around social media. Now I have no means of communication and client outreach! I put so much work in growing this page organically and now it’s gone! To make it worse, social buddy keeps saying it’s “normal” and to fill out a form! This is not true!!! And now I’m back to square ONE!

***DO NOT USE!!!*** From the first week of using social buddy, my ig account was suspended. I reported this to SB & they assured me it was not an issue. All I had to do was click on the captcha & confirm my details. This happened for about 6 weeks in a row, every week the same thing happened. Now, 6 weeks later my account has been removed permanently by IG with no way of getting it back. My online business account completely gone. Please do NOT use this service. There is no way to get your account back once social buddy have ruined it.

For the 1st month they did absolutely nothing and charged. Then they got to work and starting going ok then almost 2 weeks when by with achieving again. Found a history of them looking at inappropriate pages when they could have been growing my page. Absolute waste of money.

I the beginning the service was ok but after a month or so they had no motivation to respond to my needs. Feels like they're in for the quick money...

They fulfill their duties. It can be pricey. If you have a password change, they take a day or 2 to get to you. So you miss out on those days of marketing.
