We enjoyed working in the studio space of Boiling Point. The staff made us feel right at home. The space provided an atmosphere that allowed our team to learn and most importantly, create. Everyone at Boiling Point was on board to answer questions and ensure we had what we needed to maximize our time. We hope to be back for future projects!

I was one of three spring 2021 interns for Boiling Point Media, and I was nervous about it from the get-go. While it was an unpaid internship, the experience I gained and the fun I was able to have with it is something I think is invaluable. One of the perks for interning with BPM is they are certified to use the intern position as class credit with universities. As an advertising student at OU in Norman, I was thrilled to learn that my experience with the agency could help me advance in my degree. The current supervisor for BPM's interns is Michelle, and while the internship started off as remote because of COVID-19, she was always readily available to answer any questions either through a text, a phone call or a google meeting. She made sure to let us know that if we got stuck or weren't exactly sure on what to do, she'd be ready to clarify or find someone to get us the answer so we could keep completing our tasks. She also wanted us to always let her know what we enjoyed doing so she could help tailor the internship to our liking and we could continue building on skills that we wanted to. Starting in March 2021, we were given the option to transition from remote and towards a more in-person experience with the agency. I was the only one of the three that took up this offer and I am so glad that I did. Getting to actually meet every who works there in person, having a tour of the agency and getting to sit in on different projects that were going on really showed me how fun and fast-paced this environment is. I was able to sit in the same office with the accounts manager Shannon, and she was one of the kindest souls! Renita had a desk at the front and center of the agency, and while I never truly learned what her specific job was, I could tell that she wore many hats and she loved what she did. This agency is very skilled, and they are passionate about what they are doing. From a full advertising agency, to green screen rooms, to SFX and creatives helping to build actual animations of characters, you can find your fit within BPM. The work environment is close-knit and they really do care about you and what you are doing as a student when you are interning with them. If you are a potential client looking to work with BPM, I can assure you that they take professionalism seriously and these perfectionists are going to be some of the best people to work with and know for the future. To wrap this up, I want to give my sincere thanks to the Boiling Point Media team for giving me the opportunity of interning, and a big shout out to Michelle for being one of the best and most knowledgeable supervisors that I've known.
