40+ New Niche Review Sites for Reputation Manager

40+ New Niche Review Sites for Reputation Manager

Today, we’re pleased to announce the launch of Niche Review Sources for Reputation Manager.

Niche Review Sources allows you to monitor and grow reviews on industry-specific websites.

You’ll now have access to 47 Niche Review Sources across 14 industries. These include Expedia, RateMDs, Lawyers.com, and many more.

Rather than putting every source into your Reputation Manager report, we ensure that you’re only seeing the sources relevant to your chosen industry.

So if you’re a medical practitioner, you’ll now be able to see your review data on sites such as RateMD, HealthGrades, and Doctor.com

If your clients are in the hospitality industry, you’ll get access to review data on Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, and Priceline.

This way you can stay focused on websites your customers actually leave reviews on and be free from the distraction of sources that aren’t relevant.

It’s worth noting that these Niche Review Sources are in addition to all the top review sources we already monitor in Reputation Manager such as Google, Facebook, and Yellow Pages.

How will Niche Review Sources help?

Industry-specific niche review sites hold a lot of weight with consumers, particularly in the discovery and research phases of purchase decisions. When we’re making a considered purchase, we’re far more likely to seek out an industry-specific website to help us evaluate different businesses and access their credibility.

Remodeling your house? Then Homeadvisor is the best port of call.

Looking at potential wedding venues? The Knot has you covered.

A strong reputation on these sites can build trust, drive leads and help potential customers find your business. It also helps you build your visibility overall for searches where industry review sites dominate organic results.

How to add Niche Review Sources

Going forward, every new Reputation Manager report will include Niche Review Sources if the business category falls into one of the 14 industries covered. So if you’re setting up a report for a Chiropractor, you’ll automatically see every Niche Review Source in the medical industry.

Adding Niche Review Sources to an existing Reputation Manager report requires some manual action but is still super-simple. The video below will guide you through how it’s done.

Once you’ve added Niche Review Sources to a report, we’ll automatically add the 500 most recent reviews from each source. This means you’ll be able to get a better understanding of the online reputation for your business or clients right away.

How you will use Niche Review Sources

Niche Review Sources will add a new dimension to your reputation management strategy.

See more customer feedback

Every new customer review on Niche Review Sources will now appear in the Reviews tab, so you can be sure to never miss customer feedback that needs acting on.

Understand reputation across each site

The Sources tab will let you see the number of reviews, average rating, and star rating breakdown for every site you monitor. This will help you pinpoint which sites are lacking reviews and where your reputation is slipping.

Grow reviews in more places

Niche Review Sources will also be available to use in a ‘Get Reviews’ campaign. So if you spot an important industry review site that needs a boost, you can direct customers to leave a review there from your review request emails.

Show clients more insights

As an agency customer, you’ll be able to add Niche Review Sources to your white-label reports to show clients the impact of your efforts and where opportunities lie.
