Called and pretended to be a customer to solicit services

A few months ago I started with the services of 411 locals and the results have been very good. My business has received many calls and I am very happy with that. Sometimes it is difficult to contact 411 locals, but other than that, I am very satisfied.

This company is a scam and their customer service is horrible too, we had many problems with my website such as having the wrong number and email so customers that needed our services couldn’t contact us properly and each time id call to have my issues fix I was met with a wait time of 5 mins until I can speak with a representative but those 5 mins were more like 30 mins to an hour and I still have my job to get to so don’t have time to wait then when I did get to speak to a representative they didn’t help with fixing those problems and didn’t put any of the photos that I sent for the website and the website looked so simple not what I wanted at all and I wasn’t able to get back to them cause of the long wait so when I finally decided to cancel my services with them they just kept trying to sell me more and lower the the monthly charge which took another 30 mins, then I finally got someone to cancel my service but the email that was sent showed that they were going to charge me for the next month which and they did charge me

Been with this company for over 10 years randomly deleted my whole website 6 months ago outta no where for no reason and can’t answer why, lost all my reviews on Google and now when I call 411 and wait on hold every time it answers and hangs up on me. They will return your calls, but when you answer you can’t hear anything and you sit there saying hello over and over and can never hear anyone. They hang up. Then never call you back.You would think they call and don’t reach you they would call back but NOPE. Horrible customer service. Everyone name is Tony when you call and they don’t sound like a Tony. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. RUN AWAY. I’m already gonna get my attorney involved for all this. I feel the longer your w the company the more they charge and less they do to help you. My company was doing great until about 6 months ago 411 locals business has been the worst experience in my life and I have 8 companies. They are ruining my name and reputation w there lack of understanding English punctuation and dialect, because nobody seems like they understand English. Just trust me RUN AWAY

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR YOU BUSINESS OWNER READ EVERYTHING I LEAVE YOU A LOT OF INFORMATION IT MAY BE USEFUL TO SOMEONE This company is a fraud, they ruined my business, by the law the owner of the business must have control of the account and they take over your account and manage you as they please, they turn you on and turn off your visibility, they call and practically force you to invest money but not for your benefit all the benefit is for them they offer you services and if you don't accept they tell you that if you don't you will lose bibility and you will not have calls I towards what they asked me with the hope of growing I invested $500 dlls, or $700$ sometimes twice a month and the number of calls were the same in quantity with or without investment, they sent me a link for the reviews and the reviews never appeared and when I asked them they said it depended on Geoogle then I started doing the work of the reviews myself and I discovered that they are the ones with the problem because since I did it myself all the reviews appeared I do not recommend anyone to use these scammers fraudulent thieves, the last thing that happened was that there was so much insistence of them that I told them that I was not going to invest more money in lead and the next day to surprise if I received 2 or 3 calls before there were 0 calls they completely turned off my possibility

I am an exiting client with this company. I called to cancel the full service and the Senior Consultant name Eric starts playing the game of I have to call my manager for it. I asked him politely not to sell me on NOT cancelling the decision has been made. And in the most rude, non-polite, and condescending way he continue to try to rescue the account. When asked how long would it take for this request to be completed? He told me he had no clue. I called the company next week to follow up on the request and I learned that it has not been processed yet. When I asked to be escalated to a manager the second rep told me clients are not allowed to talk to managers. Can someone in this company call me to let me know ALL services have been shot down.
