97th Floor

After having life circumstances beyond the control of 97th floor, I was informed why my onboarding process "slipped through the cracks". I appreciated the feedback, but was truthfully disappointed in the entire transaction. Hopefully, this experience will fortify their process and continue to provide an excellent encounter for all their new clients.

I have worked in the advertising industry for over 5 years. In that time, I've used 6-7 different digital agencies because I've never really quite been satisfied with the level of customer service I felt was promised to be before signing. It is common for a lot of salespeople to over-promise and underdeliver with digital advertising services. Even if they get off to a great start, after a few months, things taper off and you're left with things sort of on auto-pilot and no updates, or optimization are made moving forward. This has been a frustrating journey for me because I manage our entire marketing department alone, fulfilling multiple roles. I was expected by every agency I've worked with to be proactive about auditing and managing our accounts even though I was paying hefty monthly fees for them to do so. 97th Floor is the very first ad agency I've worked with who has provided a high-level, consistent level of customer service. I've had a contract with them in place since October of 2020 and I have been amazed at not only their level of detail they put into working with our account, but the results thus far. From the very beginning, I knew they were on a whole different level than what I've seen previously. When I first contacted them about doing business, they provided a free analysis of our website, campaigns, and had a whole plan laid out for me. They assigned 6 people to our account just for SEO each with a different role and goal to meet for our company. We increased our organic traffic to our site 160% in just 5 months through SEO work, and that has in turn increased our overall conversions quite a lot. Earlier this summer, we signed an additional contract for them to take over our digital marketing. I felt I could trust their team to provide similar results for our Google Ads, and social media advertising accounts. Our results with previous companies had been, disappointing to say the least given our high ad spend. Since launching in early June, we have increased our lead flow 80% from social media. I am and continue to be extremely pleased with everyone on their team. We have had a few account management switches due to promotions, paternity leave, etc, which made me nervous initially. But I am pleased with the progress we've made so far, and the level of attention to our business and our goals has not faltered and I am excited to see what progress we make in Q3.
