I own a tattoo shop and I got a call from adnerdz about 4 months ago they did a one time ppc set-up for me and I’m seeing results and appointments I was never able to achieve doing it myself. BEWARE !!!!!!! I was approached by Eddie representing this company in July 2020. He was quick to ask me for money up front which I provided for there services in the amount of $300.00 In addition he needed another $500.00 for google which I also provided up front. The ad was never created although I had paid and I was waiting to hear from a person called Marcella who never did contact me. I was unhappy with the ad as the price of my product was incorrect and they had never given me the opportunity to proof read it. I was told on several occasions that Marcella would contact me in order to fix this but I never heard from Marcella. I think she is a computer frankly. My account was charged a recurring charge three times. The first time for $300.00 for their creation of the ad which was not to my satisfaction and was incorrect regarding the price of my product but in addition to that I was charge for 37 hits as they call hit which I never received. I am a long time business owner and check my area daily and there was NEVER an ad. In addition, I was charged $850.00 by google for an ad that does not exist. I will not only report this to the better business bureau but also to the police as I am sure it is a scam !!!!!!!! Georgina Ronick Mortuary Services of Florida

I was on the phone with Harold at AdNerdz for a little over an hour. He was very helpful and very patient even when i had to put him on hold to answer calls, he remained friendly and was able to answer all my questions. It is a complicated process getting started and Harold made it very easy. The best customer service anyone could ask for while going through a process that requires lots of detail. Thank so much for all his help, and i'm sure the account manager we are assigned will be the same if they train everyone like they did Harold.

I’m new to advertising on social media but So far Eddie @ AdNerdz is doing a great job explaining how things work and getting things done. Eddie is always available and he takes care of business. I have seen a vast improvement in my new client conversion since advertising with AdNerdz. Also Carlos did an AMAZING job on my website that alone deserves 5 stars.
