Putting hurricane news behind a pay wall isn’t a great business model when lives are at stake

Where did they relocate because there original building off Orange Ave is a ghost town, the parking lot is grown over and abandoned. It doesn't even have the sign anymore!? 2 of my family members and a friend all worked there for years till they retired in the early 2000 and 90's.

I am usuallly satisfied with my paper and the serves but when my subscription price increased 100% without notice I was upset. When I called a spoke to a young man who was able to solve this issue by offering me a new discount and apologized for the inconvenience. I am still subscriber

Did not get sunday paper till monday morning old news by then

If you call the Sentinel with a “delivery problem,” you are connected to a person in the Philippines that apparently doesn’t do anything to assist anyone. I did not receive a Sunday newspaper and I called after 10am, so I could not get the paper delivered the same day, so I was told I would get it the next day or a credit. I opted to get it the next day. Guess what? I never got the newspaper! Obviously, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to speak to anyone locally. Talk about lousy service! It’s unfortunate that there is no competing local newspaper.
