We came to Amber Jacobs in a predicament. We’d already contracted with another logo designer who had taken us only so far in the process, and not over the finish line. Salvaging some of the initial art progress, we hired Amber to help us finalize the logo. What impressed us immediately was her thoroughness, professionalism, and impressive logo development process. She listened to our needs in Discovery, researched our competitors, flushed out several logo concepts, and provided many color palate options within a reasonable turnaround time. She was also faced with the task of working with two dynamic leaders as decision-makers, who have two completely different strengths. She helped us come to agreement on the logo, exhibiting confidence in the final direction. Amber also conducted every meeting with purpose, guiding decision-making, and leading us to the finish line. By the end of December 2022, we received a full set of deliverables, as she had promised. We are now proudly launching a new brand that better reflects our culture and our unique differentiation. We hired Amber to design our new company logo and corporate collateral. She was a breeze to work with – Amber’s that unusual hybrid who is highly creative while also being super organized, always on time with deliverables, and a great listener. She distilled our team’s feedback quickly and easily into refined designs that really nailed what we were hoping to achieve. Amber has amazing positive energy and always kept things upbeat and on track. We look forward to working with her on future projects.

Working with Amber Jacobs has been a joy! My company was in need of rebranding and help with various document design projects. Amber actively listened to my needs, wants and ideas and then was quick to research the feeling of the desired brand. She brainstormed well, was receptive to feedback, and was willing to roll with the punches as I sometimes changed my mind on a few things. Amber worked very efficiently, which was a breath of fresh air since these projects had consistently been dragged out while waiting on me. Amber was patient with my busy schedule, which occasionally held up the overall completion of things, though she managed it all without ever being condescending or shaming me. I will most definitely use Amber Design again when the need arises. I called Amber out of the blue one day looking for assistance designing a marketing email for my company, which I'd never had done before. She was super responsive, professional, upbeat, and helpful. She patiently dealt with my myriad questions and overcame my tendency to get my brain caught up in the weeds of unnecessary detail. She was truly Awesome and I can't thank her enough. Will definitely utilize her services again!
