Great customer service! I was having so much trouble finding a specific pair of jeans that my granddaughter loves and I was stressing about working up the courage to ask one of the young workers for help, as I am an older woman. However, I was then approached by a lovely young worker who helped me find the pants and even assisted in finding a matching shirt. Thank you, Ashley, for that wholesome interaction! (And for making me feel young again)

I had the worst experience here tonight!!! I traveled about 50min to this location to spend $150 gift card I got for my bday! I was shopping with my husband and toddlers and you already know as moms we don’t get the chance to shop or even have time to look for clothes. As my husband is pulling a pair of pants from a pile an associate steps in front of me ( which is directly in front of me and behind my husband and next to my babies) LITERALLY IN A CIRCLE AND ME AND MY FAMILY ARE AROUND HER. It was the weirdest thing ever in life!!! I’m like what is happening right now? I thought it was a shopper rudely stepping in front of us, I moved away and noticed she was fixing the pile of pants my husband is grabbing from. I’m on the other hand grabbing crop tops in every color. I ask “ why are you cleaning and straightening the clothes that were picking up to purchase? She said “ this is my job” I told her I believe you’re suppose to allow the shoppers to grab the clothes first. She was fixing clothes as we were picking them up. She was so close I couldn’t pick up anything else in front of me. I never experienced this before and this was my first time even shopping at this store. I complained to a manager but I really wish they will pull the cameras and take this as a teaching moment! You definitely had a store to clean as it was empty. ! This was totally unnecessary and completely rude! Mind you, she never turned around to look at me as I was talking to her. I’m so upset that I came to spend money and had to leave. I’m not stopping here, corporate will hear from me also. I know for sure if they view the cameras she would be fired ASAP.

Very low prices

Took 2 stars for customer service. The cashier had another girl come over and she asked were a coupon was from and that usually you have to be a member. A simple scan of the coupon was all that was needed. I finally asked if they could just try the coupon after scanning the item. The coupon worked, it came from their website.

Great deals to be found. Super staff! Always on point. Can I wear mom jeans if I'm not a mom??
