I've been working with Arctic Leaf for about a year just for email marketing support, and I'm so glad the contract is over. For $4,000/mo we got one email campaign per week, which felt like they were written by ChatGPT, and anything else we asked for was pitched as an add-on and extra expense. They've done the bare minimum for us for 12 months and I'd never recommend their services based on my experience. I wish they would have let us out of our contract when we first asked 4 months in. From copywriting, to setting up automated flows, to customer support.. I give them 1 star.

Arctic Leaf has been a wonderful partner in implementing not one, but two new site launches. Their attention to detail and professionalism speaks volumes. Garrett has been instrumental in things flowing smoothly and effectively!

I have been working with Arctic Leaf since 2018 and was super pleased with the design and development work they did on our first custom Big Commerce site. I am now finishing our 2nd custom site and, once again, they delivered top-notch service. What sets their business apart from other developers I have worked with is the amazing staff. The team is organized, efficient, keeps things on track while being flexible as needed. I love working with Garrett and Jessica. Thank you Arctic Leaf team! Keep up the great work!

I am a small business owner needing to update my website. Contracted with Arctic Leaf a couple years ago, before COVID. After spending tens of thousands of dollars and getting the run around for months on end I am still without a final product. They always have an excuse as to why they can't finish the job. Very disappointed, waste of my time and money and still with no updated website. I would avoid this group.
