It takes a long time to address maintenance issues. They charge $100 to install a ceiling fan in the bedroom and additional fees for installing lights. Because these are luxurious Apartments

SCAM SCAM SCAM, DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE WHOLE TEAM OF ASPURE PINNACLE PEAK IS BUNCH OF CHEATERS, I LIVED HERE FOR 2 years, AT MOVING OUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR CARPET CLEANING AND ON ASKED PROVIDED ME JUST ESTIMATE SHEET WHICH LOOKED LIKE FAKE PAPER, the worst experience. I want to make sure that no one gets in this SCAM. Their central agency is also not very helpful. I recommend not moving here.

After staying in a single bedroom for 3 years moved to a 2 bedroom apartment and the move in experience is very bad. Sent an email with attached below few photos and leasing office added a work order and provided coupon for a carpet cleaning…!!!

Since we just moved in four days ago, I would like a chance to revisit this posting section when we are more settled in. So far, Aspire has exceeded our expectations in lowering our anxiety about apartment living. It’s now been three weeks, and our total Aspire experience has been outstanding. We are thoroughly impressed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to live in the community.
