Being a little busy with work but gotta say hands down best place I lived at. been out here in Phoenix for 4 years huge thanks to Tayler for the hook up and everyone else great people .every month events going on can't really make them due to my job but would attend when and if I had time but hope all stay safe stay blessed stay humble

Living here is good and I would recommend but I'm giving 5 stars to the maintenance crew who have been super helpful with a random string of things that needed fixing. Shout-out to Miguel he was super helpful and communicative as well as making sure I understood what the problem was and how he fixed it and he was very respectful of the space that I live in as well.

If touring this complex, be sure to take note of the piles of trash on the back (east) side of the building. It has been there for a year or more and continues to get worse by the day. It's disgusting and unsanitary. How would you like this as the view from your balcony? According to the City of Phoenix, it is not city property. It belongs to Aspire and they are responsible for cleaning up the trash. There are plenty of nicer, new apartments nearby that are trash free. Go there instead.

Looking for the building numbers is hard especially after the sun sets the complex is huge there is nice e amenities here and it sure is a beautiful place to live.

This place deserves 0 stars but since google’s system doesn’t allow for that, 1 will have to do. This place is truly awful. Upon moving into my unit, it was filthy and infested with bugs. Carpet was a disaster. 5 weeks later there was a bee hive on my balcony with hundreds of bees. The refrigerator/freezer never worked nor did the gates to the “gated community”. We cleaned the unit upon moving out, the unit and carpet were even cleaner than when my wife and I moved in but yet they chose to steal our security deposit anyways. They are also charging us for a key fob which they most certainly received.
