I had them replace the screen on my IPhone 11 and since they used an aftermarket screen my phone does not work the same way it worked with the Apple screen on it. It’s Laggy and shifts from screens unexpectedly. All sorts of weird stuff happening. They offered no refund but they did offer to replace the screen they just put on with another one of the same screens. No thanks! Don’t use this company to replace phone screens.

Assai was quick to respond to me. My iPhone went black on screen and I was unable to access anything. They tried several ways to reboot but to no avail. They rebooted my old phone so that I was able to keep in contact with people until I could get to the apple store. I was so appreciative that they tried everything and were still able to get me back on circuit.

This company is superb. I needed laptop diagnosis and Assai was very thorough, communicative, and prompt. It turned out to be multiple issues with my laptop, and David, Mary, and Sabina were able to explain things to me in lay terms I could understand, and were all extremely patient with my myriad of questions. They also provided pragmatic and very knowledgeable advice about my options going forward. They kept me informed at every step along the way, and their final cost for services provided was very reasonable. I highly recommend Assai for any of your tech needs. We're VERY fortunate to have such a competent, professional tech company in our small community.

Replaced my iPhone 6 screen in less than an hour

Assai has fantastic customer service. I’ve taken a number of items to them and they have have gone out of their way to help me. Their Location is a little ways out of town, but worth it. Assai Tech personnel were kind, fast and their service was affordable. I would highly recommend over Mactraders.
