I had a very nice experience with AUM. My lap top needed a battery and new hard drive. This was all accomplished in one day.I was advised of the progress along the way. The agents are very helpful. I also was able to deal with the cost factor. I definately recommend this company.

I recently spilled black coffee on my laptop. i immediately took it to AUM computer. Needless to say I was very concerned that the data and operating system could be salvaged. I was most impressed with the service from the receptionist to the technicians, who kept me fully apprised of the drying process and diagnostic testing. After 30 hours from the time I dropped off the laptop I received that awaited call informing me my laptop was ready for pickup and fully operational. As a medical doctor, I rely very heavily on my being able to communicate with my office back home in Canada via a VPN. I have never in my life received such great service from a computer service. I had a serious issue with my computer and it required work asap as my business relies on my Desktop Computer and the team at AUM were incredible! I brought my computer in on a Wed late afternoon and was able to pick it up the following mid-day. From the time I walked into their business from the front desk help to the computer tech I was in good hands. The computer technician was extremely helpful and made absolutely sure that everything was working ok and my remote tech who helps was a legitimate person so that I wasn't being scammed which I was not. I will tell you honestly that I would not bring my computer or Laptop to anyone else. I want to say Thank-you to the whole team at AUM!!

I recently had a terrible experience with a custom gaming PC that someone built for me. The machine wouldn’t turn on at all, which was extremely frustrating. However, I was able to bring it to the repair shop and they were able to fix it no problem. Not only did they fix the issues that I was having, but they did it for a very reasonable price. I was really impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that the technicians at the shop displayed. They really knew their stuff and were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems that my PC was experiencing. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received. They were able to turn a frustrating and stressful situation into a much more positive experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer repair services.
