Been working with oscar for over 8 years and I absolutely love him and his team. They really care to individually get to know your company and product and work in building the uniqueness of your company through their work.

I met with Oscar in person at his office in Houston. At the time I needed to create a website to promote my business. From day one I specified that my website needed to be simple, yet elegant and easy to navigate. In that first meeting with Oscar, I also specified that there were some elements that were essential to my website. Oscar said that all my requests were well within the $1,500 fee that he was charging to create the website. A business website is no longer just a luxury, it's a necessity! It's a must to compete and stand out among your competitors. I deposited my trust on someone that presented himself as a professional. To make a very long and frustrating story short, three months after that initial meeting with Oscar and having paid in "full" for the website fee, Oscar never delivered on anything he promised. As a matter of fact, he changed his tune and said that those essential elements that I requested for my website were now only possible at an additional fee. My $1,500 was never refunded and I now find myself without a website and minus the money that I had set aside for that purpose.

We wanted to let everyone know how horribly we were treated by Oscar Monroy. We came to him to help us create a website for our Audio Production business, having very little experience in this field we looked to him & totally trusted him to guide & advise us through the process. We needed a website to reach out to future clients so they could hear our demos & podcasts. After we started the process we came up on several delays, but after 2 months our logo was finally completed for the website. This is when the trouble started, Oscar demanded full payment to complete the website so we complied, then he all but disappeared and it took us weeks to get him to respond. All the while trying to market our business in desperate search of revenue. When we he finally responded we got on a web-meeting where he unashamedly told us that he now had no way of uploading audio or podcasts on a website without extra costs, when we asked him what the costs were going to be he couldn't give us an answer. So we then asked him why he would tell us this after taking our money and promising us a functioning website with the ability to let people hear our work. He then changed his story and said all we paid for was a logo. He has refused to further finish the work he agreed to do and also refused to refund the money we paid him so we can find someone else to build our website. He has lied to us again and again promising the world and delivering not even the minimum and cheating us out of our hard earned money. He is not a trustworthy person and a deceitful businessman.
