Be Locally SEO

This Company recently sold and now the service really sucks!

Initially Be Locally was good. Over the past year and a half their quality has gone down hill. The communication between us and the office was near impossible. There were supposed to be several things with the website that were never regularly maintained or finished and we were charged for it.. Recently we decided to go with a different company. I am very versed in HTML and have a video link that shows how they REMOVED META TAGS FROM OUR WEBSITE after we cancelled service. update 3/24/16: As a response to the Be Locally response: Is this the type of company you to work for you that accepts ZERO responsibility then calls you a liar? They did call me in response to this review in an attempt to get me to re write it. The plea was the review was harsh. They told me specifically that some of the paid apps they removed from my site were the cause of the loss of meta data. The only problem is if you look at the video, which I will post a link today due to the accusations of being misleading, they are free apps through the website platform. They do not own my website and the removal of such data is malicious. I highly recommend you do not let them take ownership of your website. I'm guessing I'm not the only company this has happened to. They removed the apps in an attempt to cause a drop in our SEO score. Our expectations were very reasonable. Be locally asked that we change from using a current website platform and move to another platform as Be Locally suggested. They offered us a discounted rate. We were happy with our current platform but Be Locally felt we would receive better SEO scores on another platform. The bottom line is our website was a mess grammatically, the SEO meta data on the new site was not optimized correctly. We prepaid for the site and it took them over 6 months to get it 85% complete. I spent another 6 months trying to get the last few items buttoned up and the communication was not good. I gave up in June of 2015. Come to find out Be Locally has had several changes in team leads that caused our account to mismanaged. We cancelled our account only after we called them 7 times over three weeks with no response from our team lead. We were patient for about a year and a half and have lost thousands of dollars with no compensation for lost time. The cancellation fee they speak of is not as it appears. They wanted to charge a cancellation fee because they didn't respond to our initial requests to cancel the account. We were out another $400 + or - on a comprehensive address change that was to be completed on about 50 web pages. They completed about 10 of the 50. Feel free to email me with questions or concerns. You'll find the tags are gone but the meta descriptions of the FREE plugin apps still exist. Update as of 3/25/16 ================= Be Locally has changed there story for the third time now and has removed there previous response indicating that I am making things up. I'm not sure what this new response is about blaming there issues on a former employee who was not our account manager for the last year. Our account was given to Hanna who was in charge of everything. The miscommunications started with her and ended with another account manager. I'm not sure when the "previous" manager left but we were made aware by Be Locally he left months previous to our cancelling. The bottom line is Brendon from Be Locally isn't accepting responsibility for his actions. Be Locally initially responded, luckily I have a screen shot of the owner response, calling me a liar saying they didn't remove the meta data. Now they're saying they did. There is now another individual who is coming forward expressing similar issues with Be Locally removing meta tags. We paid for the website and services through Be Locally. Please do not get yourself wrapped up in a company who flings dirt like Be Locally. Original Be Locally response on my Youtube Chane

Paid them some money. Got nothing for it. They don't care about the little guy. Just setting up bigger companies with reoccurring fees and charges.
