Buyer beware!!!!! They are NOT who they say they are. The do not follow local laws. They follow Utah law. Here’s the big one, even if they’ve not done the work for you, there is ZERO refund. They have an attorney on retainer because they do this so much. (Big red flag wish we would have known about) They have taken down negative reviews. You will NOT get a personalized ad. A local doc 3 miles from us had the same ad on our business timeline. You are not getting what is promised. There are so many other companies with integrity who will keep you from getting into trouble with your state laws. Be Top Local is Not that company. They are not about helping you help people, and that’s a shame. Marketing should be a mutual understanding in my opinion. They get to know you and help you grow your passion. Be Top Local attempted to grown their passion- their way. You HAVE to hire/add hours- to staff to follow Their “guarantee” to get clients. That’s a huge cost And they suggest to provide FREE consultations at your cost and time. While that may work for some, it does not for everyone. And for 10k+ in payment, understand the staff in not the only additional costs you will need to make this happen. A quick search you will find for less than $400 a month companies with more integrity, and results without the hassle and the absolute run around that this company provided us. In fact, when we brought this to their attention again and again, we were yelled at via voicemail and told we were not smart for not following their Only plan with us. You will not be worked with. You will not get your value for dollars spent. Enjoy.
