I don’t appreciate their service at all. They promised me that they will build the website for my business in 20 days but it took 6months and still it’s not done yet and they’re passing me from person to person like a soccer ball, which is very unprofessional and annoying.

CALLING HARRASING ME FOR MY PURCHASE OF THERE SERVICE. Also using a phone number that is not theirs.

The whole BizIQ team has been amazing from the beginning. Extremely professional, and more than all knowledgeable. Currently, we are working on a plan. I hired BizIq for SEO and Meta ads. At first, the SEO part, including pixels, looked great and it seemed that everything was going according to plan. However, with regards to the Meta ads, it took BizIq two months to send me ads for approval, even though I was paying them. This made me quite upset and I decided to cancel the contract. Despite this, BizIq kept trying to charge my credit card. During this process, I discovered that BizIq had set up three pixels on my site. This caused a conflict that restricted traffic to my site. I only found out about this during a meeting with Meta. Once I was able to delete the extra two pixels, all traffic to my site returned. I will never do business with BizIq again.

Another company that thinks it is good business policy to advertise by phone. I will not use any business that does cold calling on a business phone line to advertise their business in an attempt to get a customer. Radio is for advertising, not telephone.
