Gosh! Honestly, I can not even imagine anyone more pompeous than this guy Kelvin Boon aka Rajeesh something, this guy is a fraud, not adhering to his words even. I become involved in his freelance project & the way he hover abuses, no one can withstand it. I doubt this location address is real, I am skeptical. Have you ever seen the pictures of his DC office? From other reviews I can see there is one in India too, since few of his employees were from India, I used to have Skype chat with them.

Being an ex employee & the team lead, I will write the honest review. Advantages: 1. Qualified leadership at the helm who can guide you well and from whom you can get a lot of exposure (In USA) 2. Good projects and a wide exposure which you won't get easily elsewhere. 3. The local management in Kochi, India is very supportive and helpful 4. Good salary hike if you are a hard worker, Management is very enthusiastic in rewarding top performers and not at all hesitant. 4. Awesome colleagues to work around and open work culture. Disadvantages 1. The attitude of the top management has to change. At times I felt like I am working as a slave, need to listen to employee suggestion and the problems they face and understand them better. 2. Need to stop outsourcing major work tasks. It is very difficult for in house employees to coordinate with freelancers in remote locations for key work tasks, which results in less effeciency and productivity. And employees has to face the heat from top management and take the blame. (The reason why I left) 3. Location is very remote from main city area of Kochi 4. The office infrastructure is not good 5. The holiday policies are not good and the Saturday work schedule is ridiculous considering projects are not Indian. Final Verdict If you are a person who need some kind of motivation and demands respect in work I wouldn't recommend this place. The boss in USA generally only cares about himself and considers employees as his slaves, he spits his anger unnecessarily at employees even when there are no mistakes from their part. If you are a person who could give a blind eye to the above said fact then this is a good place. As I said before the compensation part and performance Management system is remarkable. The local management is very good and supportive.

Fake company - The owner is actually a malayali pretending to be kelvin boon an american

Very poor Company. No Good Service. I will never work theese people. Think twice before giving them any work.
