BE CAREFUL OF THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH. THEIR CONTRACT TRAPS YOU IN A LONG TERM COMMITTMENT. IT'S NOT WORTH THE COST EITHER. I generated my own business through my hard work and word of mouth from my clients. Broadly does nothing special other than bring all of your messages to one location. YOU CAN GET THAT WITH CHEAPER TOOL LIKE WIX. I've dealt with Broadly for about a year and when I initially signed up I was told you could cancel at anytime, which is the reason I signed up as I'd never lock myself into long term contracts. When I sent a cancellation notice that I no longer needed services because my business was downsizing, they went and charged my account any way. I could care less about a contract. If I'm flat out telling you my business is winding down and there's nothing I no longer need, then cancel the service.
