Cadence Labs is a team of expert eCommerce developers who work on Magento and Shopify. Based in Boulder, Colorado our team is 100% located in the U.S. - we never outsource or subcontract our work. By doing so we ensure our clients receive the best quality, accurate estimates and projects delivered on time. We serve clients from startups to companies doing $250,000 online daily and our team is a partner with both Magento and Shopify.
We are an agency started by developers for developers! While working for a number of other agencies and eCommerce companies, we saw issues with how most agencies handle the development process from sales to project completion. These issues not only caused problems for the client but also resulted in a high level of employee burn out. In founding Cadence Labs we set out to create an agency that focused on quality of work and quality of life for our employees. Since our start in 2014 we've focused on providing our clients with senior level development talent upfront as part of the sales process. By doing so we can provide more accurate estimates and ensure the project is completed without bugs or oversights.

We hired Cadence Labs to give our websites a speed boost. At every step of the way they were ready to answer questions and provide guidance. Being less than savvy in the tech department, we needed a bit of hand-holding through the process of migrating our sites to a better hosting platform, and Cadence Labs made the process clear and easy. I can recommend their services without hesitation, and I know that when I need such services again in the future it will be Cadence Labs that I will be calling!

Gillian and her team were terrific in helping us implement a new design for our website. The communication was top notch and the response time was really quick whenever something was needed. Her teams knowledge of Magento was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend her company if you are implementing a Magento ecommerce store or upgrading your design.

Gillian and the Team At Cadence Labs were nothing but the best, we came to them with a list of moderately severe to very severe issues with our website. They did a thorough analysis of our issues and recommended a variety of fixes that actually came in under budget. I personally felt secure dealing with them as there a wide range of costly things I had believed we would have to do to achieve the results we wanted but Cadence was able to narrow that list down and provide the exact results we were expecting. This is rare in a web dev company and to me was extremely valuable.

Cadence Labs is an absolute lifesaver. Simply put, they are knowledgeable, affordable, friendly and honest, and I cannot recommend them any more highly. I originally found them over a year ago but my company decided to go with someone else. What a mistake. When we finally decided to have Cadence Labs help us with our site, they were able to accurately troubleshoot several key issues, including patches that were not installed correctly (and some not at all)--even though we had paid another company to perform these updates. Cadence Labs was completely up front with everything they planned to do and we received weekly updates with what they actually did. Their transparency is unique and their pricing is incredibly fair. And they are also very reliable--if they say they are going to do something, they do it, and do it right the first time. You won't have to worry or wonder if the job is getting done with Cadence Labs. Going forward, I will only trust Cadence Labs with our website.
