I ordered a polo shirt and had to exchange the size. The staff was very responsive and helpful, the exchange was easy to request and I love my shirt! Thank you Stephanie =)

I requested information on the packaging and was given the wrong amount of boxes and weights. I ended up paying 248.00 in UPS charges for calendars that cost $300.00. Very frustrated because I requested several times to verify the dimensions & weight only to be stuck with a huge UPS bill. So angry with this company. Poor customer service.
