Jennifer & her team super-exceeded expectations website design for Zen Medicine. They took the vision we had in our thoughts & created exactly what we needed for our website. They were so quick to answers all our questions and always very professional. Also, they came to our office multiple times to help us, and even came to teach us how to make changes to our website on our own. I've used other website companies before, and I can attest that Clear SEM Solutions is the best! I highly recommend them.

Honestly, I'm disappointed in the service I received from this company.
They should have done the proper research and competitor analysis, reverse engineered what worked, then provide a roadmap of technical updates, new pages/content to build, and a backlink strategy to build trust with Google. This all should have been tied together with my Google Business Profile. They should have set the expectations that SEO traction really picks up at about month 3, so in the meantime, run Google Ads to get the phone ringing right away while also providing real data directly from Google that can be used to guide the SEO strategy.
I wish it would have been a different outcome, but when you spend $3,000, in 6 months you'd expect to have a better ROI than 0%. Big red flag.

I think it was difficult for me to give up control of my website, and I liked the fact that Jennifer came and met with me for more than two hours while I explained what my goal was for this website. She wanted to hear about me and what I saw in my future with my business. She stayed communicative, which was very important to me. My website is beautiful. It’s exactly what I asked for and I will recommend clear SEM Solutions, highly!
