Guy there was great. Believe his name was Andre. Took a day for everything to be sorted out and he was really responsive. Best place in the city to get any computer work done.

The new MacBook Pro had an unexpected bath when the pup jumped up and knocked over a glass of chardonnay. Apple wanted 760 to replace the motherboard. Opened it up and dried it out - it tried to turn on, over and over again. The guys at SFCR took it in, and opened it up. He's cleaning it as we speak, but harvested my daughters report off the drive and gave me the data on a CD so that she can finish it this weekend. Felt really comfortable with their explanations and the metered parking out front was easy. Love this shop.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They provided a number of options to fix my laptop and did not try to sway me in any direction. A very professional organization with outstanding service.
