Crystal Clear Digital Marketing

These guys are so unethical that I plan on taking legal action against them. I hired them to run my marking program for my MedSpa and gave them access to my AdWords account. That was a huge mistake. They went into my AdWords account and started deleting campaigns, that had nothing to do with my MedSpa. These were campaigns for my Weight Loss programs, that had been running for years and doing really well. When I contacted them, they admitted to the mistake but could not repair the damage. When I wanted out of the contract, as they violated the terms of our contract, they refused to let me out. Then they had the nerve to continue to bill me monthly when I had proof that they never even accessed the AdWords account. My advice is to stay away. Never lock yourself into an annual contract. They have no desire to keep you happy or even do their jobs if you're in an annual contract. Avoid these guys like the plague

I am using Crystal Clear for my marketing, scheduling and payment system. I love it. And really great working with Stephan Moritz. He has great ideas and very quickly and effectively implements them for me. I am so impressed with how Stephan helped get my Black Friday ecommerce together in a matter of couple days. It is not something we did before but he suggested and made the process smooth as could be. Thank you Stephan and the entire team: Stephanie, Renata, Vince, Brad, Jacob, Daniel!!!! The absolute worst experience with a digital marketing company. Complete fraud, 10,000 down payment. Unbelievable monthly payments and zero results.

I have been looking for 38 years for a company like Crystal Clear, They are easy to work with. They answer the phone!! We are getting tremendous results and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to grow & retain their practice.

I had a bad experience with Crystal Clear a few years ago when I owned by Med Spa but never took the time to write a review. Recently, I heard they are still handling their business the same way and felt compelled to write this review so others would know and be warned. I was a small Med Spa looking to drive traffic into my practice. My website was very delayed in launching, once the paperwork was done and money was received it became very hard to reach anyone and get things done in a timely manner. We never got the results we were looking for. When we ended our contract, we were forced to pay their "out clause"which we did not so they held our website. Overall, we were very disappointment in how they handled our account, their customer service and result we saw from the money we spent. ROI was zero. Now I know they are still doing this to other people, felt it is important to share. Lastly, I met Crystal Clear at a trade show, purchase the product, the next time I saw them at another trade show, it was like they did not know me and that was before we cancelled the contract. I think it is very weird their Facebook page is locked down so you can't write a review. Buyer be warned!
