Crystal is my go to person for Google account issues! She was recommended by a friend and according to the friend, "she was one of the best Google Ads and Leads people in the nation." I now agree! I had a problem with reviews not showing up in my company's GMB profile. I had sent numerous emails to Google and only received the typical computer generated response letters. I had fought this problem for over a month. I talked with Crystal and explained the problem and in a couple days she discovered the issue. We made changes to our GMB profile and took care of some other pesky items and within a couple weeks.... boom! The reviews started landing.
