Complete waste of time and budget. The fulfillment team is highly incompetent. They outsource the work to low budget suppliers from SE Asia who don't know what they are doing and can barely understand English. Do some research before falling in the same trap. Take a closer look at the "5 star reviews" and you will see for yourself if they are genuine or not. Attached is an example the type of quality you can expect from their most expensive social media packages. I'm ashamed that I fell for this scam, I should've known better
