I made a purchase from them in November 2020. It's been 6 months and I still haven't received what I've paid for. I can't get a response by phone, or text. Jason Estrada has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. Michael Lerner has responded by phone a few times but hasn't been able to help me get my product which has supposedly been ready for pickup since March.

Have used since moving to town in 2011. Great staff, when learning your web site, take copious notes as they sometimes go a bit fast with training. And, I am not great with technology.
