We have used drumbeat for over 5 years and their service has been timely and highly knowledgeable. We had other marketing firms prior to them and are really happy with the design of our website and how well they have been able to improve our results from marketing and advertising. I have worked with this company for over 5 years. They have done an amazing job with designing my website and increasing our website traffic with their SEO. They are very quick about making changes to our site and adding our suggestions. I have used several companies in the past for these services and was disappointed. These guys are the real deal!

If you think of hiring them, BE WARNED!!! Everything looks great about this company before you sign up, when you speak to the owner. After paying the story is very different. They do not answer e-mail. When they do, the answer only questions that they wish to answer. Expect to get up to 2 hours of work for the 10 monthly hours you are paying for. They did almost nothing on my site. They use big word to make you think that the 5 minutes work that they did was a long hard work. They took 4 months mapping a redirect from a small old website to my new website. Mapping means deciding which page should be directed to which new page. For a 25 pages website, this should take 5 minutes!! For them it took 4 month. For 4 months they proudly reported me that they have been mapping the redirect. I was supplied only with a monthly report that can be easily downloaded from the web (moz explorer) and even these reports came after I demanded to get the promised reports. All in all, in months of work, they did almost no work on my website. Needless to say that my rankings never changed, even though, the reports the gave me each month was that "everything is going up". I would rather use in the future a low rate firm from a third world country then use Drumbeat Marketing. I do not think a service can be any worse then what these firm supplies. That was the worse service I ever received from any service company in my life!!!

They responded very quick and efficiently and delivered us a superior product at a cheaper price. I just couldn't believe how easy and painless the whole process was. These guys did a fantastic job designing and building my company's website. The most impressive thing they do versus the other web designers I have used in the past (and there have been many) is how fast it gets done. And the SEO they do behind the scenes increased my conversions on my website significantly. My only suggestion to optimize your experience when working with drumBeat is to be sure you are on the same page with them at the concept level. Since they are so fast, spend the time with them on the basic design and functionality, then sit back and let them do their thing.
