Eight Hats team has been so responsive! I am a small business owner with two websites, and I transferred all the services related to hosting and managing those sites to Eight Hats and am so glad I did so! I know my websites are secure and that their team is there for me with any issues or questions I have. I can't recommend them enough.

Acadiana Animal Aid, a nonprofit animal shelter in Carencro, LA, made the switch to Eight Hats in January 2022 and we haven't looked back. After numerous failed attempts at a company to help us with IT, not only failed but being taken advantage of, we found Eight Hats and I can't say enough about how pleased we have been. I think it's been about a year, they handle our entire company's website issues and growth, as well as our newer company's landing page and my many questions, plus they are efficient, talented, knowledgeable, kind, honest, financially feasible, and probably more than I can currently think of. I recommend them to everyone I come across. They have really changed the course of my business for the positive.

This company has been a life saver to my small business!! We've had so many issues with IT companies that will do what they say, when they say it, and allow our website to run the way it should and needs to -- and Eight Hats more than filled that need! With a single phone call, they corrected a website that was down, and put themselves in a roll to assist us daily and monthly. I have been so impressed with them, and my only wish is that i'd have found them sooner!!
