When I began my career as a content creator, I was writing for nearly nothing. I told Ron about this and that I was facing intense competition from writers in countries with a lower cost of living. Every business owner needs to do this "Price For Profitability" exercise! Otherwise your pricing is just a guessing game and you can end up spinning your wheels until you go out of business. Doing the “Priced To Be Profitable” method I was able to get clear on why my current pricing and growth were not working as well as I thought. After some mindset coaching around pricing I’ve increased my rates, and no one has even baulked at the new pricing. Now I’m confident in my pricing, why that pricing will make my company profitable. Now I’ll be able to actually scale my business because I’ll have profit next month to reinvest in a well overdue employee to help us grow even more.
